Sorting Office Managers (2 positions: Bridport and Dorchester)

Role Description (SP3)

Required for end of November & December. A DBS check will be required.

Oversee the work of the Round Mangers and Sorters to ensure the smooth running of the District’s sorting offices in Bridport and Dorchester.
Assist in the recruitment and management of Scout Post Round Managers and Sorting Staff.
Produce a timetable for the Sorting Staff.
Arrange for access to the sorting offices as required (Groups, Sorters etc.)
Arrange for the placement and delivery of post boxes by the Scout Post Round Managers.
Produce a schedule for Collecting the Post by Scout Post Round Managers.
Setup sorting office at the beginning of December
Take down the sorting office by the beginning of January.
